By participating in the Wheels Arcade tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

As a participant in the Wheels Arcade tournament, please be advised of the following:

1. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge and accept that your participation in the tournament is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your actions and conduct throughout the competition.
2. Fair Play: You agree to compete in the tournament with integrity, honesty, and sportsmanship. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
3. Submission Accuracy: You certify that all hotlap submissions made by you are accurate, legitimate, and reflective of your own performance. Any attempt to manipulate or falsify submission data will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Consent to Verification: You consent to the verification of your submitted lap times by tournament officials. This may involve reviewing gameplay footage, data logs, or other relevant information to ensure compliance with the rules.
5. Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines outlined by tournament organizers. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification from the tournament.

Legal Disclaimer:

By participating in the Wheels Arcade tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The tournament is open to all participants who have access to Wilder World online. Participants must comply with all eligibility requirements specified in the rules. You must connect your ETH wallet in the Wilder World UI in order to be eligible for prizes or qualification.
2. Hardware: It is recommended that you use our suggested hardware on the Epic Games store, we are not responsible for your hardware constraints or limitations.
3. Competition Period: The tournament will run weekly, starting from May 1st to June 1st. All hotlap submissions must be made within this period to be considered valid.
4. Fair Play: Participants must abide by fair play principles and refrain from cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unfair advantages. Any violation of fair play rules will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament.
5. Submission Deadline: All hotlap submissions must be made by the specified submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. All hotlap submissions must be made weekly by Tuesday 12 Midnight PT.
6. Verification: Submitted lap times will be verified by tournament officials for accuracy and legitimacy. Any attempt to manipulate or falsify submission data will result in disqualification.
7. Rewards: Weekly rewards will be distributed to the top performers based on their lap times. The distribution of rewards is subject to change at the discretion of tournament organizers. The target delivery of weekly rewards will happen at the beginning of the following week.
8. In-Person Tournament: Eligible participants with the fastest lap time of the week will be eligible to participate in the in-person tournament in Austin on May 31st. Travel and accommodation expenses for the in-person tournament will be covered by the organizers for the chosen eligible individual. 
9. Liability: The tournament organizers, including but not limited to Wilder World, shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in the tournament. Participants compete at their own risk.
10. Privacy: By participating in the tournament, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for tournament-related purposes. Your privacy rights will be respected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Amendments: Tournament organizers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations of the tournament at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via official channels.
12. Final Determinations: The organizers reserve the right to make final determinations regarding any allegations of cheating or rule violations. All decisions regarding disqualifications and penalties are final and are not subject to appeal.
